Main structure and working principle
It is a combination of simultaneous rotation in three directions.
Add the mixed wet auxiliary materials into the screen cylinder on the upper part of the machine.
 Firstly, the rotating raw material leaves press the material into the milling knife chamber, and then the milling knife pushes the material to the screen cylinder wall during rotation, and the material is drawn from the eyeholes of the screen cylinder. Extruded to form cylindrical particles.
Then the screen cylinder is also rotating at the same time. During the rotation process, there are multiple cutters installed outside the screen cylinder to cut the extruded cylindrical particles into granules.

The diameter of the particles depends on the aperture of the screen cylinder, and the aperture specifications are produced according to the requirements. The length of the particles depends on the number of knives installed outside the screen cylinder. If there are more cutting knives, the particles will be short, and if there are few cutting knives, the particles will be long.

Therefore, the particles produced by this machine are uniform in size and shape.
