1: Purpose and scope of application
1.1 GHL series wet mixing granulator is a new type of pharmaceutical equipment designed and developed by our company by digesting and absorbing the principle of one-step granulation of imported equipment from abroad. 2: main structure and working principle
2.1 This machine is mainly composed of mixing system, cutting system, frame, mixing barrel and electrical control box. The stirring system is composed of motor, worm gear reducer and stirring paddle. The cutting system consists of a motor, a bearing seat and a cutting knife. The drive shafts of the mixing and cutting systems have reliable sealing devices to prevent raw materials from entering the bearings and lubricating oil from polluting raw materials.
2.2 The mixing tank is installed on the frame. Its material is SU304 high-quality stainless steel, which is durable and never rusts. The shape is a cylindrical bottom and a conical top. Blends well and cleans up easily. Pneumatic valves for unloading are installed on the side of the lower part of the mixing barrel. The entire pneumatic valve device is connected by hinges, which can be easily removed for checking the contents of the valve and for thorough cleaning.
2.3 There is a silicone rubber sealing ring between the mixing barrel and the barrel cover for reliable sealing, and air sealing devices are installed at the protruding parts of the two transmission shafts to ensure that dirt will not invade the mixing barrel.
2.4 The machine is equipped with a reliable and comprehensive safety protection design: when the lid is opened and the outlet is cleaned and opened, the mixing system and cutting system cannot be activated.
